Help us showcase the joy of Active Travel in St Andrews By Joining Our Photography Competition.
We’re inviting everyone in our local community to join us in showing off just how wonderful walking, cycling and wheeling in St Andrews can be. We have some great prizes up for grabs in two age groups and we’d love you all to let your imaginations and cameras run wild!
Using the theme of Freedom To Walk, Wheel and Cycle take a photograph – this can include views from the paths and cycle networks in and around St Andrews or photographs of people enjoying the outdoors – and send to us at info@theactiveway.org.uk or tag your Instagram post with #theactivewaystandrews.

How to Enter
- Email us your original photograph to info@theactiveway.org.uk by 24th September 2021.
- Please state your full name and the age category.
- Please give a little info on your photograph. Where it was taken, who is in the pic, when you photographed it.
- By entering you acknowledge that the photograph supplied is your sole copyright.
- We reserve the right to use all entries on social media.
- Winners will be announced via email by 30th September with prizes posted out no later than 14th September.
The Active Way aims to make it easier to walk, wheel and cycle in and around St Andrews. The project is being promoted by Transition University of St Andrews funded by Transport Scotland’s Places for Everyone programme administered by Sustrans Scotland.
